We want you and your pup to love your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Eligible Items

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Treats, chews, and food items

• Grooming products

• Personalized or custom items

• Any wearable items that have been worn

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved returns may receive:

• Store credit, or

• Refund to the original payment method
  
  

  Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for sizing or color, based on availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

  Damaged or Defective Items

  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.
